We aim to process all orders placed before 12:00pm Monday-Friday same day, however this is not guaranteed, particularly on national holidays or on busy occasions where we may have a special offer available. Once your order has left us, your chosen courier are responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of your parcel, we are unable to refund postage costs.

DHL Express (order before 11am) £8.83 . We recommend DHL for fast and reliable service. Please note this delivery service is Monday-Friday, there is no weekend delivery or deliveries on a bank holiday.

Royal Mail 48 hour tracked (not a guaranteed 48 hour service) £3.90 Up to 2KG
Royal Mail Standard/Free Delivery £2.56 Up to 2KG -Tracking will only update on delivery or if a delivery attempt has been made, until then tracking will show "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item" this is not a fully tracked service. This service is usually delivered in 3-5 days but has delays in some areas and delivery may take up to 3 weeks, If your order is urgent, please select a different service. To confirm, this is not a fully tracked service, we will have no more information than the information provided on your tracking link.
These are actual postage costs, we do not charge for packaging. We use Hexcel wrap - a sustainable paper bubble wrap alternative made from reusable, compostable material and is 100% recyclable.
Royal Mail International From £9.00 up to 1kg, £27.00 1.001kg-2kg . Once your order leaves the UK, packages using this service are passed on to your local postal service. Deliveries can take up to 2-4 weeks, depending on customs clearance in your country.
DHL Deutsche Post From £6.50 Up to 2KG. PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE OBSERVED WORLDWIDE DELAYS AND POOR TRACKING ON THIS SERVICE This is not an express service, deliveries can take up to 3 weeks depending on customs clearance in your country.

Important information international orders - If you pay VAT in your country, it will be added at checkout, international orders including orders in the EU may be subject to import taxes.
Virtual Address information - We do offer delivery to P.O. Boxes, virtual addresses, as well as business addresses. However, it's important to note that any orders dispatched to such addresses are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise utilising DHL, as they ensure signature confirmation upon delivery for added security.
Further information
All delivery times are taken from the day of dispatch. We always email tracking and it's important to check this daily until your order has been received, delivery workers don't always put an attempted delivery note through the door, if the package is then not collected within a week it is returned to sender. If you have not received a tracking link, please email us.
Please note that to cancel your order, you must cancel it before it reaches the 'Completed' status.
On receipt of your order please check the packaging and contents carefully. If any of your products are damaged or missing please specify this on the delivery note when you sign for the goods. Please keep any boxes that the products are supplied in for two weeks following delivery in case you need to return the product.
If you have any problems with your delivery or goods within your order, i.e. faults, damage or defects you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
When confirming your order, please check that all the details supplied are correct and that you keep an eye on tracking, any items returned to us through no fault of Bravura will incur a further charge to re-send.
